AEGEAN inform all passengers who already hold a ticket, issued until 23 February 2020, for all network destinations, with travel dates from today until 20 March 2020 and wish to change it to a later date (with new travel date from 21 March 2020 until 20 October 2020), due to Coronavirus outbreak, may do so without any rebooking fees.
Please note that, the passengers who have booked their tickets directly via AEGEAN, the rebooking fee waive may be applied only via Call Center (+30 210 626 1000 – 24/7) as the online service cannot support such service.
The passengers who booked their tickets via Travel Agency, must refer to point of sales.
Also, be advised that Aegean company will continue its regular flight schedule to all destinations, including Italy, until further notice.
Definitely, the company will continue to cooperate with the relevant authorities for any further steps that may be required.
Regarding the coronavirus
AEGEAN also informs that is in communication with relevant authorities regarding the coronavirus (Covid-19), in order to receive all necessary guidelines with regards to both precautionary or reactive measures.
The company has already amplified standard aircraft cleaning procedures between all its flights, in all stations in Greece and abroad, both during the day and after the completion of flights at night.
In addition, AEGEAN has already set up a process for disinfection with a specialized disinfection company in cases where a possible affected passenger is reported by National Public Health Organization (NPHO).
It is also noted that any information with regards possible incidents of coronavirus are solely handled by the National Public Health Organization (NPHO) and the General Secretariat for Civil Protection (GSCP).
