AEGEAN would like to inform that will offer further flexibility to already issued and newly booked tickets.
Therefore, AEGEAN will expand its already implemented flexibility initiative for reissuing options without rebooking fees. All passengers – with tickets already issued prior and up to March 9th – travelling to all network destinations with travel date until April 30th, are offered the possibility of changing their ticket to a later date (travel date until October 20th), without any rebooking fees.
Additionally, in order to support its customers to continue planning their upcoming journeys with confidence, for all tickets issued from March 10th until March 31st with travel date until October 20th, AEGEAN will guarantee the possibility of free of charge change for all its “GoLight” fares.
Please note that AEGEAN’s Call Center (T: 801 11 20000, +30 210 6261000 for international calls and mobiles) may be contacted for tickets issued directly by AEGEAN. For tickets issued through travel agencies, the respective travel agency will support.
AEGEAN remains aligned with the National Public Health Organization (NPHO) and other relevant authorities regarding the coronavirus and has already amplified precautionary measures as already advised in previous press releases.
