Alltours: Andreas Höcherl takes over key position of direct sales and customer loyalty

Andreas Höcherl will take over the position of Head of Direct Sales and Customer Loyalty at alltours flugreisen on June 15. Höcherl brings more than 15 years of experience in digital commerce, online sales, CRM, and customer experience – including management positions at renowned tourism companies such as AIDA Cruises and Steigenberger Hotels.

Andreas Höcherl will be responsible for e-commerce at alltours, including all digital processes along the customer journey. This primarily includes direct sales and online marketing via the alltours websites and the further development of the alltours travel app.

Höcherl joins from Steigenberger Hotels, where he was Senior Director of Digital Commerce & Customer Touchpoints, responsible for the hotel group’s e-commerce and online direct sales. Prior to that, he was Head of Customer Experience at AIDA Cruises. Höcherl moved to the tourism sector from Deutsche Post DHL, where he held various positions, among other things, driving the company’s digitalization.
