Easter Saturday menu at the GB Roof Garden
After the late Easter Saturday celebrations, savour a traditional dinner menu with Greek dishes prepared especially on this day at the GB Roof Garden restaurant on the 8th floor of the Hotel Grande Bretagne. Executive Chef Asterios Koustoudis and Chef de Cuisine Nikos Liokas prepare for you and your loved ones traditional soup ‘magiritsa’, tender oven-baked leg of lamb with yoghurt, char-grilled cutlet and caramelized potatoes while Pastry Chef Alexandros Koufas prepares a special sweet semolina cake from Veroia with mastic scented cream.
