The gastronomic concept of the hotel has been curated by Gikas Xenankis, a pioneer of contemporary Greek cuisine, awardee of Golden Caps and Greek Cuisine Awards as chef at Aleria, and Cuisinier de l’ année for 2020 according to the Gault & Millau gastronomic guide. This summer Xenakis anchors in Naoussa, introducing Rada restaurant to Cove Paros as a daring redefinition of the Cycladic gastronomic tradition. With a strong emphasis on pure produce and seasonal ingredients, Rada is a tribute to the natural bounties of the Cyclades, located on the beach and taking guests on a journey of summer tastes, both during the noon and in the evening! Docking in Paros to recharge your evening entertainment is Vassilis Kyritsis, co-owner and bartender of our Athenian favourite The Clumsies.
