T he other hotels are the Ananea Tropea Yachting Resort, which has been soft-opening since July. It has 57 rooms and is located in Tropea Marina, in southern Italy. While, a third hotel is planned to open in the Mediterranean region, namely in Hurghada, Egypt, with a capacity of 114 rooms, with a timeframe of next spring.
Meanwhile, in November 2024, two hotels are expected to open in East Africa, Ananea Diamonds Mapenzi, in Zanzibar, with a capacity of 105 rooms, and Ananea Diamonds Malindi, with a capacity of 134 rooms, in Kenya.

The lifestyle hotel brand Ananea was developed by Dertour’s hotel division, in collaboration with experienced professional Remo Masala, who is in charge of Casa Cook.
Ananea hotels are aimed at European travellers and are inspired by the local architecture and gastronomy of the region in which they are located and, as for the name Ananea, it comes from the Greek word “Renewal”.
