Upgrading its flight schedule for Spring 2025, the Swiss airline Edelweiss is planning new connections to two leading Greek tourist destinations, Rhodes and Kos.
More specifically, from April 2025, the carrier is replacing previous three days connections with direct flights to short-haul destinations in popular holiday destinations in Greece, Italy, Morocco and Greece, in an effort to reduce travel times and improve comfort.
For Swiss travellers who are fans of the Greek islands, from April there will be new, direct connections to Kos and Rhodes every Thursday.
Meanwhile, direct flights will be available to Catania in Sicily and Lamezia in Calabria every Monday and Thursday, with Edelweiss responding to the growing demand for travel to southern Italy.
Morocco will also be in the spotlight from April, with the airline operating direct services to Marrakech and Agadir, two of the country’s most popular destinations, on Wednesdays.
The Swiss airline, in addition to its plans to expand its flights in spring 2025, wants to offer its guests greater comfort. Particular attention is being paid to the use of the Airbus A340 on selected short-haul routes, which will significantly increase capacity.
