A large number of new routes from Munich, Hanover, Cologne, Salzburg, Stuttgart, Hamburg and Palma complete the offering of the expanding low-cost carrier.
The new long-haul flights from Munich, with a strong tourist emphasis, are a particular highlight of the schedule.
Having based three Airbus A330 long-haul aircraft there, Bangkok, Las Vegas, Montego Bay, Mauritius, Puerto Plata, Punta Cana, Fort Myers, Varadero and Windhoek will be added to the destinations bookable from Munich.
In addition, there are scheduled flights from Cologne to Fort Myers in the US state of Florida every Friday.
From summer 2018, Eurowings passengers will also be heading for new shores in southern Europe from Hanover. New destinations include Corfu, Rhodes and Kos. Flights to both Corfu and Rhodes will depart on Tuesdays. Kos has been included in the flight schedule on Sundays. Monastir has also been added. Flights to the coastal city in Tunisia will depart every Tuesday.
In summer 2018, a total of five new routes will be added to the Eurowings flight offering from Stuttgart: the new destinations are Alicante in Spain, Newquay in the UK, Venice, Palermo and Zakynthos. Flights to Alicante will depart on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The Greek island of Zakynthos has been added to the schedule on Saturdays.The offering from Stuttgart includes Palermo, with these flights operating on Sundays, and Newquay with flights on Saturdays. In Salzburg, passengers can look forward to budget Eurowings direct flights to Crete. Flights to the sunshine island in the Mediterranean will operate every Friday.
Corfu is another Greek island now included in the new schedule from Düsseldorf. Flights to Greece’s seventh largest island depart on Saturdays.
Hamburg’s flight schedule also includes Corfu with flights on two days a week – Tuesdays and Saturdays. Passengers departing from Hamburg can also take advantage of a Eurowings flight to Jersey on Saturdays.
Palma, Eurowings’ third international base after Vienna and Salzburg, also has a new flight destination in the programme. In future, Eurowings will also connect Europe’s most popular holiday island with Memmingen in Bavaria. The Lufthansa subsidiary has corresponding flights in its programme on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
