Eurowings Holidays, the holiday brand of the largest German holiday airline Eurowings, launches a partnership with tour operator Dertour in the field of dynamic package holidays for last-minute travelers to popular destinations, including Greece.
As part of the partnership, the two sides are jointly designing all-inclusive travel packages, in which Dertour complements Eurowings’ airline offer with appropriate hotel offers.
Thanks to the IT-supported connection of airline and hotel capabilities, Eurowings Holiday is able to offer not only holiday packages at very attractive prices, but also millions of combined offers, as advertised by the company. HLX Touristik, led by Karlheinz Kögel, is responsible for creating the holiday packages.
“Together with Dertour, we can reach holidaymakers even better who rely on travel agents’ personal advice when booking,” says Jens Bischof, CEO of Eurowings. He describes Dertour, with its more than 400 offices, as the ideal partner.
According to Ingo Burmester, CEO of the Dertour Group, sales have already started at the organization’s first selected travel agencies. “By combining our wide range of hotels with Eurowings flights, Eurowings Holidays is creating attractive travel packages specifically aimed at price-conscious travellers and last-minute bookers. This further expands the landscape of our partners in the tourism sector,” he says.
