EXCLUSIVE REPORT: These are the new openings of SWOT Hospitality for 2026 | Opening also abroad | And the first Destination by Hyatt in Greece

According to reports, SWOT Hospitality is further significantly strengthening its hotel portfolio by adding new projects in mature and developing destinations in Greece, while also making its first strategic expansion abroad.


The new additions are a mix of luxury lifestyle resorts, international branded projects, and historic hotels, enhancing the overall value of the portfolio and the geographic dispersion of the company’s activities.

More specifically, according to information from www.money-tourism.gr, the following openings are expected within 2026:

The Fiction – Athens

Urban lifestyle hotel in Marousi, an investment of REDS, a subsidiary of the Ellaton Group, fully repositioned in the Athenian scene under the design and management of SWOT Hospitality. The central element of the new identity is the Lalane restaurant, under the signature of the Michelin-starred chef Alex Tsiotinis, enhancing the hotel’s gastronomic and commercial dynamism to the business and lifestyle community in the area.


VIONE Paros – Paros

5-star adults-only lifestyle resort in Ambelas, Paros, with 40 sea view suites and the largest spa on the island. The resort combines the simplicity of Cycladic architecture with modern luxury, a signature wellness concept inspired by the Mediterranean wellness philosophy, and a carefully crafted gastronomic identity, enhancing its international positioning as an upscale destination for modern hospitality in the Cyclades.

Parian Chronicle Hotel, Destination by Hyatt – Paros

A five-star hotel with 50 rooms and suites in Kampos, Paros, which will be the first Destination by Hyatt in Greece. Destination by Hyatt is a luxury brand of the Hyatt group, focusing on authentic, destination-driven experiences and strong local identity in iconic destinations worldwide.

The project combines premium accommodation with a destination-led culinary strategy, based on local producers and curated experiences, enhancing Paros’ international positioning in luxury tourism.

OMEON Mykonos – Mykonos

Lifestyle retreat with 38 rooms and suites in Agios Stefanos, Mykonos, owned by Bain Capital, with SWOT Hospitality managing and strategically placing it in the market, continuing with Bain Capital in the luxury hospitality sector.

The concept combines private pool and hot tub suites, elevated Mediterranean gastronomy, and comprehensive wellness facilities, enhancing Mykonos’ international positioning in luxury tourism.

Nirema Hotel & Spa Samos, MGallery Collection – Samos

5-star resort with 72 rooms that will open in the summer of 2026, marking further strengthening of SWOT Hospitality’s strategic partnership with the international hotel group Accor through the MGallery brand.

The project introduces a destination-led concept to Samos with a strong local identity, a modern gastronomic approach, and a sustainable philosophy of operation, enhancing the upscale positioning of the destination and the company’s branded portfolio.

Corfu Palace Hotel – Corfu

        Iconic 5 hotel, widely recognized as the most historic and iconic in Corfu, which is in the process of extensive renovation and strategic repositioning. Under the management of SWOT Hospitality, a comprehensive plan for upgrading services and experiences is being implemented with the aim of enhancing its long-term investment value and international competitiveness in the luxury market.

AC Hotel by Marriott Belgrade – Belgrade

Business-lifestyle hotel, AC Marriott, 209 rooms, owned by AFI Europe, one of the largest real estate developers in Southeastern Europe. The AC Marriott is SWOT Hospitality’s first international expansion and marks the company’s strategic entry into a growing business market in Southeast Europe.
