The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), a member of the HCAP Group, proceeds with developing another marina, the Pylos marina, in the framework of its strategy for highlighting assets with a strong footprint and important prospects for the local communities.
HRADF has launched an international tender process for the concession of port operation services (berthing and other services) and of the right to use, manage and exploit the marina of Pylos for a period of 40 years.
The utilization of the Pylos marina is expected to give prominence to the special characteristics of the area, making Pylos a reference location for tourism development.
The marina of Pylos is located on the waterfront of Pylos town within the Bay of Navarino. It has a berthing capacity of 129 yachts of up to 30 meters in length. The land zone of the marina is 32.195 sqm. The master plan of the Pylos marina is approved with a Presidential Decree and provides for the service of yacht tourism and envisages the marina of Pylos as a pole of modern and quality pole for tourism, recreation, and cultural activities. The land uses provided are tourism – leisure, development of residential property for lease, administration and operation of the marina, and vessel deposition and maintenance.
The Tender Process will be conducted in a single phase. Interested parties must submit their Proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RfP by no later than May, 11th 2022.
