Jet2 Group quickly stepped in to meet the demand from British holidaymakers for some much-needed October sunshine, by adding more flights to Corfu, Kos, Rhodes and Madeira – meaning the addition of over 70 new flights.
Jet2 have added flights to the four destinations which are all experiencing a spike in demand during October, representing over 13,000 additional seats. This demand, and the quick response, demonstrates just how much British holidaymakers want to get away for a well-deserved holiday in the sunshine. With great last-minute deals available, we are expecting them to sell very quickly, as customers grab the last of the summer sun.
The vast majority of the additional flights are weekend services and are perfectly timed for those looking to get away and soak up some sunshine. The new flights added today are as follows:
Rhodes – over 25 additional flights introduced, with extra flying from Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle and London Stansted.
Kos – 20 additional flights introduced, with extra flying from Birmingham, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Newcastle.
Corfu – over 15 additional flights introduced, with extra flying from East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Newcastle.
Madeira (Funchal) – nine additional flights introduced, with extra services added fromBirmingham, Glasgow, Manchester and Newcastle.
These additions are on top of our current programme to these destinations, as well as other popular hotspots in Kefalonia, Italy, and Cyprus, with lots of choice and flexibility to Paphosand Larnaca available this summer.
