Due to the ongoing uncertainty caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Jet2Holidays decided to recommence its flights and holidays programme on 15 July 2020.
For travelers that were due to travel until 15th July and their holiday is cancelled Jet2Holidays offers the options listed above:
- If your holiday is no longer going ahead due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, you can amend your booking without paying an admin fee. Plus, if you amend your booking to a new holiday departing before 31 March 2021, you will receive up to £100 off.
- If you amend your booking to a new holiday departing after 1 April 2021, you will receive up to £60 off. To amend your booking all you need to do is fill in the form here before midnight on 14 June 2020
- Want a holiday to look forward to but haven’t decided on the details just yet? You can request a refund credit note to use to rearrange your plans! All you need to do is log in to Manage My Booking, fill out the request a credit note form and you’ll be given a refund credit note to rearrange your holiday before 31 July 2020. Whether you want to book a sunshine break with Jet2holidays, treat yourself to a luxurious Indulgent Escapes retreat, enjoy a culture-filled Jet2CityBreak, snap up a charming Jet2Villa or go for a VIBE holiday.
- If neither of the above work for you, and you’d prefer a refund for the total cost of your booking, you will have to wait for the tour operator to get in touch with further details. They are proactively contacting all affected customers in departure date order.
