The Mouzenidis Group’s Mouzenidis Travel has organized an unusual event designed to promote Greece abroad. In Moscow’s Red Square on September 4th, more than 1,200 volunteers will build the largest Greek salad in the world.
The salad will weigh 20 tons and gain a place in the Guinness Book of Records.
Preparation time will be about 2 hours, and a representative of Guinness will be on hand to verify the record. It will be part of a wider celebration, the Russian International Festival of Military Music, which is a part of Moscow Day, celebrated on September 4th annually.
