Neptune Luxury Resort’s strategic partnership with top Italian chef Salvatore Andolina

Neptune Luxury Resort announced its collaboration in the field of gastronomy with the famous Italian chef, Salvatore Andolina, acclaimed chef and owner of the emblematic Italian restaurants Sale Bianco and Enoteca Da Salvatore in Athens.

Salvatore Andolina will be tasked with redefining the menu at Osteria, the resort’s innovative restaurant.

“With an illustrious career, which includes experience in Michelin-starred restaurants such as La Pergola in Rome and Dolce Gabbana in Milan, Chef Salvatore brings his passion and experience in Italian cuisine to the Osteria. It is committed to presenting a range of unique, innovative dishes that embody the harmony of traditional Italian flavors enhanced by modern techniques,” Neptune said in its announcement of the new partnership.

The cooperation of Mr. Andolina with Neptune Luxury Resort will focus in particular on two key tasks: creating a dynamic new menu for the Osteria and conducting a series of intensive training workshops for restaurant staff. Its participation is planned to upgrade the gastronomic standards and enrich the gastronomic proposals of Osteria.
