The VP Legacy group of Nikos Pouliou’s family is on a course of significant expansion of its activities with increased turnover and profitability. For 2025, after the addition of two units on the island of Kos, the group is expected to close the fiscal year with a turnover of EUR 9 million and a profit of approximately EUR 3 million.
In more detail, VP Legacy Group, a family business that operates 4 hotels, 3 restaurants, 1 wellness centre – spa and 2 shops, created in the 1960s, after the sale of Patmos Aktis on the island of Patmos, is making significant investments.
Specifically, Nikos Pouliou proceeded with a 20-year long lease of the ANGELA hotel, with the right of redemption, and developed 43 luxury suites, in collaboration with Jet2. This is an Adults only themed hotel, all rooms have jacuzzi and sun loungers on the balconies. making it a highly successful boho city hotel with a gym and spa on the ground floor. The hotel, which has been relaunched on the market under the name KOS ETHEREAL SUITES & SPA, is located in a particularly privileged position near the island’s marina.
In addition, it sublet with similar terms the Artemis Hotel in Lambi, Kos, with the right of redemption, which has 64 lux suites. At the same time, it also leased the former Club Heaven on the best beach of the town, near the naval club of Kos, in one of the most emblematic spots of the town.
And in this project there was a strategic collaboration with Jet2, to turn it into a family hotel, with a water park for children. A complete renovation is planned for this hotel, which will be completed within the next three years.
So now the group has:
-its “flagship”, Kos Aktis, where 7 new luxury suites will be created on the ground floor, overlooking the sea, with the relocation of the very successful H2O restaurant to an adjacent space and the creation of a new spot for coffee and snacks.
-The Kos Divine Hotel which, as we know, 2 years ago incorporated the former Seaside Hotel, with a capacity of 25 suites.
-and the 2 new acquisitions mentioned above.
Finally, it is worth noting that the VP Legacy Group, in collaboration with the Verouka Group, has developed a 250 sqm supermarket store to serve mainly the island’s marina, guests and the local population.
