“The first Wyndham in Piraeus is coming | Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ agreement with DKG Development

-In a unique spot, on the seafront next to Tourism Marina Zeas, Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas will feature 72 suites

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and DKG Development signed a cooperation agreement to develop the first Wyndham in Piraeus.

On the seafront, just above Tourism Marina Zeas, Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas will feature 72 luxurious serviced apartments, most of them with unobstructed sea views, a restaurant, gym, spam, and a multipurpose event hall, meticulously designed by the internationally acclaimed architect Jean-Pierre HEIM in collaboration with BLETSAS ARCHTECTURAL STUDIO. Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas is developed in 4,300 sq.m. in two adjacent eight-storey building complexes. DKG Development is committed to implementing the project with construction standards that ensure quality and sustainability.

This unique project, with a value that will exceed € 25 million, is scheduled to welcome its first guests in December 2025, marking the harmonious convergence of DKG Development’s expertise and Wyndham’s hospitality excellence.
