Sani/Ikos Group SCA and its subsidiaries announces the consolidation of all its domestic and international operations under common ownership, with the aim to further strengthen the Sani Resort and Ikos Resorts brands both in Greece and abroad and be ideally positioned to benefit from the post-COVID hospitality market recovery.
The Sani/Ikos Group brings together LBRI SCA, owner of Sani Resort and Ikos Resorts in Greece, with Ikos International SCA, owner of the Ikos Resorts in Iberia. Sani/Ikos Group owns and operates 10 luxury properties in Ηalkidiki, Corfu and Kos Islands in Greece as well as in Andalusia, Spain. Τwo additional properties are currently under development in Corfu and the Algarve, Portugal.
Following this reorganization, Sani/Ikos Group has raised €300 million on the public debt capital markets through the issuance of 5.5-year senior secured notes. The notes issuance was three times oversubscribed by international and domestic investors and priced at an attractive coupon of 5.625%, reflecting the international markets’ confidence in the Sani and Ikos brands growth potential. The notes issuance was led by Morgan Stanley as Sole Global Coordinator and Sole Physical Bookrunner, in collaboration with J.P. Morgan as Joint Bookrunner and Eurobank, Piraeus, Alpha and National Bank of Greece as Co-Managers. Proceeds from the issuance will be used to finance the Group’s investment plans in Greece, Spain, and Portugal.
