The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR) announces that as of today, 09/05/2019, it is available on its website, in the eTEPAI section, the electronic application of TEPAI (Recreational and Daily Tour Cruise Ships Fee).
The application is also available in English.
Payment of TEPAI can be made by all available electronic means.
TEPAI concerns all ships with total length over 7m: (a) private leisure ships
(b) professional leisure ships, subject to full chartering schemes under Law 4256/2014, (c) professional tourist day ships under Law 4256/2014 and (d) leisure ships classified as professional, according to the laws of another country and therefore are liable with TEPAI as private leisure ships.
On the eTEPAI section of IAPR’s website, there have been also posted updated Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s), both in Greek and in English, concerning the calculation and payment of TEPAI, and an informative brochure in Greek, English, French, German, Italian and Turkish.
Finally, all ships being today, 09/05/2019, first day that TEPAI is applicable, in Greek territorial waters, have a ten-day deadline, until 18/05/2019, to pay the TEPAI for the month of May.
