TUI has launched discounts of up to 40% for pre-bookings for the 2025 summer season in Austria. Interest remains focused on the Mediterranean, with Antalya, Crete and Majorca as top destinations. In addition, flight capacity has increased by 18% with weekly departures to over 35 destinations.
TUI will compete in the summer of 2025 with the largest and most flexible holiday offer, thus consistently continuing its growth path. Many travellers have secured their summer holidays even earlier at attractive early booking prices. Early bookings will continue to benefit from discounts of up to 40% until the end of February.
Destinations around the Mediterranean Sea return to the TUI Ranking 2025 with very good visitor growth. Among the countries, Greece, with a quarter more visitors than pre-summer, is ahead of Turkey, which has even 40% more visitors. Spain ranks third with a stable number of visitors. In detail, it is the destination airports Antalya, Heraklion, Palma de Mallorca, Rhodes, Hurghada and Kos, which are welcomed by TUI visitors from Austria this summer. The US is in first place with almost 100% growth this summer, followed by Thailand, which has slipped to second place due to high booking gains ahead of the Maldives. The top 3 classic destinations are Croatia off Italy and Austria in summer 2025.
TUI’s summer schedule includes more than 300 departures per week. “We have increased our flight capacity by 18% for next summer,” says Gottfried Math: “In addition, we offer greater flexibility through the possibility of dynamically connecting scheduled flights from different airlines.” Visitors can choose their summer holidays from a total of 35 destinations in up to nine holiday regions. The first charter flights will start in time for the Easter holidays on April 10 from Vienna to Rhodes and on April 11 from Vienna to Crete. The leader is Greece, followed by Turkey and Spain, with the leading role in most flight connections. In addition to the new direct flight from Innsbruck to Antalya, several additional weekly flights will be added for even more flexibility. As a new destination, the Greek island of Lemnos will be on the schedule from 29 June once a week from Vienna.
In addition to the TUI Magic Life and Robinson Clubs, equal to the very popular TUI Magic Life and Robinson Clubs in summer offer 46 TUI Kids Clubs with German childcare and extensive all-inclusive catering of a successful summer break for families. The newest is TUI Kids Club Roda in Corfu with a variety of pool landscapes with waterslides. 40% of TUI visitors travel with the main family. More and more families are choosing multi-generational travel to spend quality time with all age groups. The jump for large family rooms is clearly visible. Particularly popular with families are hotels with slides and water parks. These are mostly booked in Turkey, Egypt and Greece. Budget security is important for families.
At TUI Blue, there will be a new hotel in Rhodes, Marsa Alam and Tenerife in the summer of 2025. TUI is not only expanding its own hotel brands, but has also increased its range of attractive hotels in the sector that is price conscious to offer the right product for all target groups.
