Two overnight stays in Athens on MSC Cruises’ summer 2024 itinerary

TOURISM WORLD

MSC Cruises has unveiled its “stay and cruise” programme for the summer of 2024, under which travellers can extend their seven-night cruise to a nine- or ten-night holiday, with the option to stay in a range of destinations in Europe and beyond, including Athens.

The programme includes a new additional package, whereby customers can add to their cruise a two-night stay in a four-star hotel in Athens, Venice and Rome, a three-star hotel in Miami or a four-star hotel in New York.

The offer includes transfers to and from the ship and a half-day city tour.

Antonio Paradiso, MSC’s managing director for the UK and Ireland, said: “We know that guests enjoy the flexibility to tailor their perfect holiday as well as explore new destinations. That’s why we’ve introduced our new accommodation and cruise programme, so guests can spend extra time enjoying some incredible destinations before or after departing on an MSC cruise.”

The offer is available on various MSC Cruises’ summer 2024 itineraries in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

For travellers on a Western or Eastern Mediterranean cruise who wish to explore more of Rome, the offer connects with MSC Divina, MSC Fantasia, MSC Musica, MSC Seaside and MSC Seaview from Civitavecchia before or after their cruise.

The additional package for Venice is available before or after the cruise with MSC Armonia, MSC Lirica and MSC Sinfonia from Marghera-Venice.

Guests travelling with MSC Opera, departing from the port of Piraeus, can choose to extend their holiday in Athens before their cruise.

They can also book a Caribbean cruise on MSC Seascape, departing from Miami, for an additional two-day stay in Miami prior to the cruise.

Guests will also have the opportunity to extend their pre-cruise holiday to New York with MSC Meraviglia, departing from the American metropolis.
