display: block; float: none;\"\/><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Zeus International, faithful to its commitment to offer high quality services, has taken significant actions in the past period, such as <strong>the acquisition of two new hotel units<\/strong> in Italy and Greece, <strong>Dolce Milan Malpensa<\/strong> in Milan and <strong>Lazart Hotel Trademark Collection by Windham<\/strong> in Thessaloniki, as well as extensions and renovations to its additional privately owned hotels in Greece and abroad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-338864\" src=\"https:\/\/money-tourism.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Wyndham-Grand-Mirabello-2-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1705\" srcset=\"https:\/\/money-tourism.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Wyndham-Grand-Mirabello-2-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/money-tourism.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Wyndham-Grand-Mirabello-2-1536x1023.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/money-tourism.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Wyndham-Grand-Mirabello-2-2048x1364.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/money-tourism.gr\/?s=Zeus+International\">Zeus International<\/a><\/span> has a firm focus on acquiring privately owned properties or long-term leases, having recently acquired the six-storey building where its headquarters in Athens are currently housed. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">In fact, as Mr. Siganos said, after the acquisition of the hotel in Milan, &#8220;we never stay with just one hotel, at the destination&#8221;, suggesting that the same applies to Cyprus, while information suggests that the company is looking for investment opportunities in other major European markets&#8221;.<\/span> Referring to the group&#8217;s founder&#8217;s progress and expansion, he stressed that in just 10 years, the group has 2,600 privately owned rooms, corresponding to 8,500 beds, and is &#8220;growing&#8221; at a rate of 1,200 &#8211; 1,300 beds per year, always with a &#8220;double&#8221; model: acquisitions or macro leases.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For 2024, Mr Siganos said that revenues of around \u20ac70 million with EBITDA of \u20ac30-35 million are expected, compared to revenues of \u20ac50 million in 2023 and EBITDA of \u20ac22-23 million, with bookings moving satisfactorily and at a positive pace. He made a special reference to personnel issues, noting emphatically that 70% of Zeus&#8217; executives come from within the company, while of those doing apprenticeships, 50% remain in permanent positions. In addition, significant investments are being made to build accommodation for the group&#8217;s employees.
