display: block; float: none;\"\/><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Almost four in 10 (37%) enjoy the thrill of seeing where each day will take them rather than following a specific schedule, and 70% think it is important to experience something new or unique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Other things people look for on their holiday are good food, guaranteed sunshine and a poolside bar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A Jet2holidays spokesperson said: &#8220;We know that everyone has different desires and expectations when it comes to the perfect holiday, including being treated like a VIP and having the best time, so our planning includes various elements to ensure it meets their requirements. The perfect holidays are personal to each person, but the main themes seem to be sunshine, relaxation, cultural experiences and time to unwind. Careful planning and a flexible schedule will ensure that holidaymakers make the most of their time and create lasting memories.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The survey also found that 8 in 10 believe it is important to make sure their upcoming holiday is &#8216;perfect&#8217;, with 59% claiming this has already been done on a previous trip.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A &#8216;perfect holiday&#8217; is considered just as important as securing the &#8216;perfect job&#8217;, with 76% saying that both are equally important.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To ensure their holiday is the best possible, 39% will spend hours researching everything, while the same proportion prefer a package holiday as they can book everything in one place without the hassle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Top destinations and experiences<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Italy, Greece and Spain were the top destinations that respondents would most like to visit. While, discovering local culture and traditions, spending time with family and reading a good book by the pool or on the beach were among the top experiences that make up the ideal holiday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Meanwhile, being able to see the sea, getting a nice tan and not always knowing what time it is, are elements that create the holiday feeling for them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Jet2holidays spokesperson added: &#8220;Holidays offer a unique opportunity to escape the daily routine and experience new adventures.
