One hotel hero drove 100 miles to return a passport, another ran several blocks to deliver items before a cruise ship departed, and another took a shopping trip to replace a lost teddy bear for a young traveler and included a book detailing the bear&#8217;s adventures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The most head-scratching requests include:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">An Evian-filled bathtub so a child can bathe in the purest water<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Customized allergen menu for their pet, i.e., gluten free, dairy free, etc.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Burnt toast<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">A caviar hot dog<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Fresh goat milk<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">4lbs of bananas<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">A high five from a team member to ensure their room service request was read<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span class=\"xn-person\">Melanie Fish<\/span>, vice president of Global Public Relations at\u00a0Hotels.com said,<\/strong>\u00a0&#8220;At Hotels.com we know hotels inside and out \u2013 it&#8217;s in our name.
