expenditure of \u20ac295,757,680 euros, were approved by the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, Nikos Papathanasis, following the meetings of the ten Evaluation Committees for the action &#8216;Support for the Establishment and Operation of New Small and Medium-sized Tourism Enterprises&#8217; in the regions of North Aegean, Eastern Macedonia\u2013Thrace, Central Macedonia, Epirus, Thessaly, Western Greece, Crete, Western Macedonia, Ionian Islands, Central Greece, and Peloponnese.&#8221; A total of five thousand one hundred and sixty-five (5,165) applications were examined, with a requested budget of \u20ac1,753,746,326.18 and total requested public expenditure of \u20ac959,089,150.77.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full
