(Profitis Ilias, Koskinou)<\/strong><br data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"825\" \/>A large composite tourism development was proposed, featuring a five-star hotel with 394 rooms and 1,050 beds, 158 residences, a conference center for 2,500 participants and wellness facilities, on a 263,500 m\u00b2 site. Examination of the Environmental Impact Assessment was unanimously postponed until the new local urban plans are finalized.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1367\"><strong data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1197\">Kos \u2013 Casa Coa S.A. (Pyli)<\/strong><br data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1200\" \/>The plan concerns a five-star hotel of 410 rooms (1,200 beds) in the Kardamaina\u2013Agios Nikolaos area, on a 129,500 m\u00b2 plot. The decision was also unanimously postponed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1512\"><strong data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1400\">Kos \u2013 Sunshine IKE (Tigaki)<\/strong><br data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1403\" \/>The consolidation of two existing hotels into a single four-star unit with 190 beds was unanimously approved.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1684\"><strong data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1558\">Milos \u2013 Milos Collection S.A. (Provatas)<\/strong><br data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1561\" \/>Approval was given for a five-star hotel of 94 rooms and 188 beds, with dining and leisure facilities, on a 35,000 m\u00b2 site.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1686\" data-end=\"1921\"><strong data-start=\"1686\" data-end=\"1728\">Kea \u2013 Hills &amp; Sea Kea S.A. (Vroskopos)<\/strong><br data-start=\"1728\" data-end=\"1731\" \/>A major integrated tourism complex of 303 beds, including a five-star hotel, SPA and furnished residences, on a 174,000 m\u00b2 property, was postponed until urban planning schemes are completed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"2045\"><strong data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"1965\">Rhodes \u2013 J and G S.A.
