class=\"cf0\">comprehensive<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> and <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">innovative<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">Environmental<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">Classification<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">that<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">effective<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">implementation<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">requires<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">collaboration<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">with<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> the <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">State<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">, <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">which<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">must<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\"> the <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">conclusion<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> of the <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">Assembly\u2019s<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">proceedings<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">, the HCH <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">President<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">, <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">Mr<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">. <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">Alexandros<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">Vassilikos<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">, <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">made<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> the <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">following<\/span> <span <span class=\"cf0\">century<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">. <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">We<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">need<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">new<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">foundations<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">that<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">will<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">lead<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">us<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">to<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">tomorrow<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">, and <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">now<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">is<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> the <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">time<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> for <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">major<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> and <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">critical<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">decisions<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">. <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">We<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">have<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> the <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">vision<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">, the <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">plan<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">, and the <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">substantiated<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">positions<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">to<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">move<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">forward<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">. <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">Hoteliers<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">have<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">consistently<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">proven<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">that<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">we<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">know<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">how<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">to<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">lead<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> the <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">way<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">, and <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">we<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">will<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">continue<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">to<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">do<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">so<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">, <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">building<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">an<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">even<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">more<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">dynamic<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> and
