Με ανακοίνωσή της πριν από λίγο, η διοργανώτρια εταιρία Messe Berlin, της έκθεσης ITB Berlin, ενημερώνει ότι επιστρέφει στους εκθέτες τα χρήματα που έχουν καταβάλλει για την ενοικίαση χώρου στην έκθεση, καθώς και το κόστος των εισιτηρίων που έχουν ήδη πληρωθεί, ενώ όσα βρίσκονται σε εκκρεμμότητα, ακυρώνονται.
Ωστόσο, αναφορικά με τα περίπτερα και το κόστος κατασκευής τους, η ανακοίνωση δεν ξεκαθαρίζει τι θα συμβεί, ενώ κάνει μνεία σε συγκεκριμένα και μόνο τμήματα της έκθεσης, για τα οποία αναφέρει ότι εξετάζει μια συμφέρουσα συμφωνία σε συνδυασμό με την επόμενη διοργάνωση της έκθεσης
Η ανακοίνωση
Η πρωτότυπη ανακοίνωση της έκθεσης, έχει ως εξής:
“Cancellation of stand rental // ITB Berlin exhibitor tickets 2020 // Complete Stand Construction Rental Packages
We are pleased to inform you that for all main exhibitors of ITB Berlin 2020 the advance payment of the stand rental fee, exhibitor tickets and AUMA fee (according stand registration form II paragraph 1, 4 and 6) will be refunded. Please provide us with your bank details (IBAN / BIC) on the enclosed form (PDF, 107.6 kB) to which the amount already paid for the above listed items for ITB Berlin 2020 should be refunded. Afterwards, we will initiate the remittance as soon as possible. All unpaid exhibitor tickets and Trade Visitor tickets ordered via the BECO Webshop will be cancelled and not invoiced.
With regard to the Media Package (according stand registration form II paragraph 5) and complete stand construction rental packages and additional ordered services, Messe Berlin evaluates a goodwill arrangement with regard to the ITB Berlin 2021. We will contact you as soon as possible. Regardless of the present circumstances, we look forward to welcoming you next year at ITB Berlin from 10 to 14 March 2021.

Cancellation of Trade Visitor tickets ITB Berlin 2020

All Trade Visitor tickets for ITB Berlin ordered on account via ITB Berlin ticket shop or BECO Webshop and are still unpaid will be cancelled and not invoiced.
