Νέα απάντηση απέστειλε η Airbnb, σε ερώτηση που απηύθυνε το money-tourism.gr, αναφορικά με το γεγονός της φοροαποφυγής των Ελλήνων που μισθώνουν τις οικίες τους, μέσω της πλατφόρμας.
Η απάντηση είναι στο ίδιο πνεύμα με την προηγούμενη, δηλαδή ότι η Airbnb “καταβάλλει φόρους”, ότι παρακρατά μόνο το ποσοστό της αμοιβής της, κ.λπ., κ.λπ., χωρίς να αναφέρει τίποτα ουσιαστικό επί της ουσίας.
Το μοναδικό επιπρόσθετο στοιχείο είναι ότι η “Airbnb υπενθυμίζει στους εκμισθωτές, να συμμορφώνονται με τους φορολογικούς νόμους και να εκπληρώνουν τις υποχρεώσεις τους”…
Η απάντηση της εταιρίας, κρατώντας την μορφή και την διάρθρωσή της, έχει ως εξής:

We follow the rules and pay all the tax including VAT we owe in the places we do businesses. The overwhelming amount of money generated by the Airbnb platform stays with hosts and their communities.
