International tender for the sale of a real estate property at the former workplaces of the project Rio – Antirrio connection

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) launched an international highest bidder tender for the exploitation of a real estate property with a total surface of 165,460.40 sqm., located at the former workplaces of the project Rio – Antirrio connection.

It is a coastal property bordering east with the Antirrio village, close to the exit of the Rio – Antirrio Cable Bridge (Harilaos Trikoupis Bridge). The property consisted of four separate parts and was used in the past as the construction site for the bridge.

The tender will be conducted in one phase through a Request for Proposal (RfP). Interested parties that wish to participate in the tender must submit their proposals until March 27, 2020, in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the RfP.


Eurobank Ergasias SA and Cerved Property Services are acting jointly as Financial Advisors and Machas & Partners Law Firm as Legal Advisor to HRADF.
