Hotel Management – ​​Executive of Hospitality Units

Duration of studies: Four academic semesters of theoretical and laboratory training and an additional semester of practical training.

The study program of the Hotel Management specialty focuses on the knowledge required in order to operate flawlessly and in combination all the services provided by a hotel or a similar hospitality space. It is aimed at young men and women who have communication skills and wish to pursue a dynamic career in a beautiful environment.


Experienced instructors who combine their academic profile with many years of career in the hotel and catering business undertake to transfer to future young professionals the experience and knowledge in areas of expertise such as business and personnel management, hotel marketing and sales, reception and customer service. In addition to the theoretical teaching which covers the above functions of the hotel, the students of the specialty are trained in laboratories and spaces available at the LE MONDE School such as restaurants, bars, a roofing laboratory, a computer laboratory where there is an opportunity to become familiar with the way of organization and operation of the respective departments of a hotel in which practical experience is also required.

Chef – Culinary Art Technician – Head Chef

Duration of studies: Four academic semesters of theoretical and laboratory training and an additional semester of practical training.

The Chef degree program requires a mixture of knowledge and techniques necessary to achieve the creation of delicious and presentable dishes in a timely manner for the customers of the restaurant or similar dining time to enjoy. It is aimed at those who love cooking and want to practice a profession with intense creativity.

The Chef’s work requires a holistic perspective that includes culinary and business knowledge at the same time. He knows all the professional processing techniques of the raw materials and the combination of the raw materials to create delicious and flavorful dishes. At the same time, he is the person who coordinates the staff, organizes the supplies, undertakes the composition of the menu, the proper preservation of the raw materials as well as the supervision of hygiene and safety in the kitchen area.

The LE MONDE School provides a quality program of high standards that combines theoretical and practical training where students through daily friction in laboratory courses acquire the knowledge that will lead them to take over the kitchen of a restaurant.

Pastry Chef – Pastry Bakery Technician

Duration of studies: Four academic semesters of theoretical and laboratory training and an additional semester of practical training.

The study program of the Pastry Chef specialty aims to create professionals who will be able to successfully fill any position in a professional patisserie and bakery area. It is aimed at young men and women who have creativity and ingenuity and emphasize detail.

Under the guidance of experienced pastry and bakery teachers, students apply the appropriate methodology in laboratory courses, creating delicious sweets and pastries that follow the most modern trends in both composition and presentation.

At the same time, in the theoretical courses, they are trained in everything to do with the organization and operation of a corresponding confectionery workshop, in matters related to costing, principles of finance, hygiene and safety and dietetics.

The combination of practical training and theoretical training in LE MONDE’s Pastry Chef – Bakery Technician program creates ready professionals to start a successful professional career in pastry – baking.

* For the Chef and Pastry Chef specialties, the Food Professionals lecture series is held, a series of culinary seminars that present modern techniques and new trends in haute cuisine.

** All students are provided with the appropriate laboratory equipment, uniform and books for their training.

ISAEK LE MONDE is a certified member of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), a member of the EuroCHRIE (European Council of Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Education) and WACS (World Association of Chef Societies) and offers its students high-level educational programs, forming highly qualified professionals in the field of tourism and hospitality.
