Ikos Andalusia was named the best all-inclusive resort in Europe by Time Out for 2026, a significant international distinction that confirms the high level of hospitality and experience it offers its visitors.
The distinction comes ahead of the summer season, with Time Out noting that all-inclusive resorts remain particularly popular, as they offer fixed prices, modern facilities and full coverage of food and drink, catering to the needs of families, couples, and individual travelers.
The list for 2026 includes destinations from Greece, Spain, Portugal, and Turkey, however, according to hotel specialist Heidi Fuller-Love, who curated the list, one property stood out from the rest.
This is the Ikos Andalusia, a 425-room luxury beach resort of the Sani/Ikos Group, which extends over 21 hectares in the area of Estepona, near Marbella, with the Alboran Sea in close proximity.
As Heidi Fuller-Love notes, “the hotel, which spans 21 hectares, with the Alboran Sea stretching serenely at its feet, is the ideal all-inclusive resort choice.” The Guadalmansa beach is less than a kilometre away, and guests can participate in activities such as yoga and aerobics classes, walks, canoeing and cycling.
The resort stands out for its gastronomic offerings, with menus signed by Michelin-starred chefs, as well as its facilities, which include nine pools, wellness facilities, and eight bars.
“With a menu from Michelin-starred chefs, eight stylish bars, and a host of premium amenities, guests can enjoy a complete experience at this seaside resort on the Costa del Sol,” Time Out’s list reads.
This distinction enhances the international presence of the Sani/Ikos Group, highlighting the quality of services and the competitiveness of investments in the hospitality sector.
