A significant tourism investment is underway in Rhodes, specifically in the area of Pefkoi Lindos, following the issuance of a building permit for the construction of a new hotel complex. The project, owned by White Olive Hotels, will enhance the already strong tourist footprint of southeastern Rhodes, in one of the most dynamically developing zones of the island. This investment is another piece of the company’s development puzzle, which continues with new hotels in other areas of Greece.
The investment is being developed on a total area of 11,721.8 square meters, a fact that highlights the large scale and prospects of the project. According to the approved data, the total construction area is 2,343.5 square meters, while the coverage is 1,919.42 square meters, leaving a significant percentage of uncovered space, approximately 9,802.38 square meters, which will be used for landscaping, public facilities, and recreational areas. The total volume of the complex is 10,527.34 cubic meters, and the building will be developed on two floors, with a maximum height of 7.5 meters, maintaining a low profile that is consistent with the tourist side of the area.
The new hotel complex includes modern hospitality and recreational facilities, with the swimming pool being a key element of its operation, while the provision of a basement enhances the functionality and discreet integration of auxiliary uses in the overall development. Special emphasis has been placed on the comprehensive technical design, as the project is accompanied by a full range of studies covering energy efficiency, electrical and mechanical installations, hydraulic systems, climatic and thermal comfort, as well as fire protection systems.

The architectural study, signed by a specialized firm, aims to harmoniously integrate the complex into the natural landscape of Pefki, utilizing the morphology of the terrain and low-rise construction, characteristics that are a fundamental element of the area’s identity. At the same time, the design takes into account the current demand for quality and sustainable tourist infrastructure, with functional solutions that serve both visitors and the long-term profitability of the investment.
The permit was issued following the relevant pre-approval and confirms the maturity of the project, which is now entering the implementation phase. This investment is expected to significantly contribute to the quality upgrade of the tourist product of Rhodes, enhancing the attractiveness of the Lindos and Pefkos area for visitors with higher demands, while at the same time creating the conditions for further development and investment activity in the wider area.
Continuous growth in Greece for White Olive Hotels
This development is not a standalone investment, but rather part of a broader strategic plan by White Olive Hotels for Greece. As the company’s CEO, Edyta Romanowska, revealed in an exclusive interview with “MONEY & TOURISM”, “Greece is our main destination and we aim to add new units in Corfu, Rhodes, Crete, and possibly near Athens,” confirming that the country is the core of the group’s development strategy.
White Olive Hotels, part of the large Polish tourism organization Rainbow Tours, has already developed a strong portfolio in Greece, with 4 and 5-star units in Zakynthos, Rhodes, Crete, and Kos, operating on an all-inclusive model, which, according to management, fully meets the needs of its core customer market.
In the same context, the company places a special emphasis on partnerships, as it emphasizes that “we are always open to local and international collaborations,” which strengthens its penetration into the Greek market and creates synergies with domestic institutions and businesses.
The new investment in Rhodes confirms the company’s strategic choice to focus on mature and high-demand destinations, leveraging the steady increase in tourist flow to Greece and the constantly growing presence of markets such as Poland. At the same time, it highlights the transition to a more qualitative and organized tourist product, with modern infrastructure, sustainable practices, and an emphasis on the visitor’s experience.
Overall, this development is another step in strengthening White Olive’s position in the Greek market and at the same time an investment with a significant impact on the tourism of Rhodes, enhancing the competitiveness of the area and creating prospects for further development.
