Big 7 Travel’s final results of the Most Instagrammable European places for 2019 are based on a combined score of Instagram data, travel expert’s votes and reader opinions.

  • Analysed Instagram hashtags for each European country, as well as its main cities
  • Online survey of Big 7 Media’s social audience of 1.5 million
  • Votes cast by a panel of travel experts
  • The weighting was broken down as HASHTAG: 30% JUDGE: 30% SURVEY: 30%, VISUAL OVERVIEW 10%

The judging panel scored on the following criteria: abundance of Instagrammable spots, originality, natural Instagrammable spots, man-made Instagrammable spots and food and drink Instagrammable spots.

We have to point out tha Santorini is at 40th position in the list and Mykonos at 20th position.
