Changes in the leadership of Alltours Greece | Fotis Fakes takes over as CEO

Hotelier Fotios Fakes will become Managing Director of alltours Greece SA effective July 1, 2025. Fakes will be primarily responsible for the strategic development and operational management of the allsun Hotels group’s hotels in Greece.

With more than 20 years of international experience in hotel management, Fakes brings extensive expertise in corporate management, resort operations, sales, and brand development. Most recently, he served as General Manager of the Hyatt Dreams Corfu Resort & Spa. Prior to that, he held senior positions at the H World International hotel group and, as Managing Director of DER Touristik Hotels Greece, was instrumental in the development and positioning of hotel activities in the Greek market. For over eleven years, Fakes also led numerous hotels in the Mitsis Hotels group as General Manager.

All allsun hotels in Greece are managed under the umbrella of the recently founded company alltours Greece SA, based in Heraklion, Crete. The allsun hotel chain, part of the alltours group of companies, currently operates three hotels in Greece. In summer 2025, the portfolio on Crete will expand with the new allsun Hotel Carolina Sun Beach, the brand’s first 5-star hotel.

“I look forward to strategically developing the allsun brand and tapping into new potential for sustainable growth in Greece. Our goal will be to maintain the high quality standards of allsun hotels, further increase guest satisfaction, and sustainably strengthen the economic stability of the locations,” adds Fakes.
