Greece has emerged as the winner of Tripadvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best awards for 2024, as a number of Greek hotels stood out among the “elite” hotels around the world.
According to the leading travel platform, the following Greek hotels were distinguished by category:
-At the global level, in the category of Best Luxury Hotels, the Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas, in Rhodes, Greece, was ranked 8th.
– In the global ranking of Best All Inclusive Hotels, Ikos Aria, in Kos, is in 10th place and Ikos Oceania, in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki, in 14th place. In the category of Best Family-Friendly Hotels in the World, Porto Sani, in Halkidiki, is in 15th place.
– In the Wellness category, Palladium Boutique Hotel, Mykonos, is in 6th place.
– In the category of Sustainability, Ikos Odisia, in Corfu, is placed in 4th place.
– At European level, in the category of Top Hotels, Ikos Aria, in Kos, is in 9th place, Ikos Oceania, in Nea Moudania, in 12th place, and Palladium Boutique Hotel, in Mykonos, in 14th place.
– In the Best Luxury Hotels in Europe category, the Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas, in Rhodes, is in first place, followed by Ikos Aria, in Kos, and Palladium Boutique Hotel, in Mykonos, in 7th and 9th place, respectively.
– In the category of Best All Inclusive Hotels in Europe, Ikos Aria, in Kos, in 3rd place, Ikos Oceania, in Nea Moudania, in 4th place, Ikos Dassia, in Corfu, in 7th place, Ikos Olivia, in Gerakini, in 10th place and Cactus Royal Spa & Resort, in Crete, in 12th place.
– In the European ranking of the Best B&Bs and Inns in 20th place is Alexandros Studios & Apartments, in Paros.
– In the ranking of Best Small & Boutique Hotels in Europe, The Vasilicos in Santorini, in 13th place, Villa Marandi Luxury Suites, in Naxos, in 22nd place and Art Maisons Luxury Santorini Hotels Aspaki & Oia Castle, in Santorini, in 23rd place.
The Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best awards are determined based on the quality and quantity of traveler reviews and ratings specific to each subcategory posted on Tripadvisor during the 12-month period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
