The Tsiledakis Hotel Group, synonymous with authenticity in the hospitality sector in Crete since 1985, announces two very important additions to its leadership team, which reinforce the group’s strategic vision for sustainable growth and innovation.
Mr. Carlos Malliaroudakis takes over the Development & Management of HOTEL LEADING, the Group’s new, innovative hotel management company, as Chief Operating Officer. Having held senior management positions in major hotel chains under international brands, such as Intercontinental and Marriott, in Europe and the Middle East, Mr. Malliaroudakis brings with him a rich and long experience from the international hotel scene. His role will be crucial in overseeing hotel operations, the correct execution of franchise agreements with international brands, the general management of new openings and leading the strategic development of the Group. Special emphasis will be given by HOTEL LEADING in the field of special hotel training / retraining of the Group’s human resources under the standards of international brands.

Mr. Aristides Lagoudakis is integrated the Group as General Manager of Corissia Hotels & Resorts in Georgioupolis, Chania. With his extensive experience in Greek tourism, his excellent knowledge of the specifics of the local Cretan market and the procedures required for the smooth conversion and operation of assembly under the Hilton brand, Mr. Lagoudakis will play a crucial role in the practical implementation of operational procedures throughout the Group’s portfolio.
He states: “Taking on the role of General Area Manager for Corissia Hotels & Resorts, I feel great excitement and responsibility. This new assignment opens up interesting recourse for personal and professional growth. With my experience as a compass, I aim to inspire and lead our teams towards even greater success, treating challenges as opportunities for innovation and improvement. The Tsiledakis Hotel Group currently consists of a total of 4 hotels, the Chania Flair Boutique Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton (5 stars) in the city of Chania, the Corissia Harmony (5 stars), the Corissia Princess (4 stars) and the Corissia Beach (4 stars) on the beach of Georgioupolis in Chania, Crete.
With the start of a strategic partnership with Hilton, two additional 5-star luxury units are soon to be added to the hotel group within the city of Chania (2026) and the wider area of Georgioupolis (2027).
