According to the information released, affected FTI customers will be informed of the new contact details by text message where possible. In some cases, local FTI employees will still be available to provide information.

Dertour also guarantees German-speaking telephone support for FTI customers who are currently experiencing problems with hotels and transfers to their holiday destination. In addition, incoming travel agencies act as an intermediary between FTI customers and hotels.

DRSF assistance and guarantee teams

In addition to the support provided by inbound traveler agencies, the Dertour Group has a total of 65 help team employees who support the coordination of the entire process and act as a liaison with DRSF.

In a new letter dated June 4, DRSF assures local service providers that the “contractually agreed fee” will be paid to FTI and the respective hotel.

In a letter dated 3 June, which was sent to numerous clients, a maximum of EUR 60 or 80 was mentioned. This ceiling does not exist, and the DRSF is proceeding to readjust it in a new letter.
