On 22 May 2025, two of the World’s 50 Best Bars, the globally recognized Baba Au Rum (Greece) and Locale Firenze (Italy), met at Minos Beach Art Hotel, in a unique cocktail event at the Pure Lounge Bar, by the sea, marking the start of the season.
Baba Au Rum, who are also the bar consultants of Minos Beach Art Hotel and Bluegr Hotels & Resorts, sign for the second year the philosophy and cocktail list of the bars of the Group’s five-star hotels, bringing expertise, creativity and consistency in quality. Joining them, Fabio Fanni of Locale Firenze, one of Europe’s leading mixologists, comes as a special guest in a unique “one-off” appearance, presenting six signature cocktails, made with inspiration, culture and care.
The atmosphere took off with live music from the Lupia Band and a DJ set by Manos Papatheodorou, in an evening where the sound, the flavours and the light of the sea created the ultimate summer setting.
