The Rodos Palladium, in Faliraki, Rhodes, stands out in first place in the ranking of the ten hotels that received the highest satisfaction rating from TUI’s Swedish travellers last summer, while a total of five Greek hotels are included in the ranking.
In particular, the five-star Rodos Palladium is crowned as the resort with the most satisfied Swedish guests. The other four Greek hotels on the list are the adults-only, five-star Atlantica Imperial Resort, which stands out in fourth place, while the top five is completed by the three-plus star Fito Aqua Blue Resort, in Samos.
The presence of two Greek hotels, the three+ star Christina Apartments, in Crete, in ninth place, and the four-star+ adults-only Proteas Blue Resort, in Samos, in 10th place, completes the Top 10 of hotels with the highest satisfaction rating among Swedish travellers.
TUI Sweden’s list includes three, four and five-star hotels, as well as child-friendly accommodation and adult-only hotels. What they all have in common, however, is that they all receive consistently high scores for all the services, that are offered, from pool area and food to service and cleanliness.
“We know that Swedish travellers also value communal social areas more than other guests and have slightly higher demands, for example, in terms of food and beverage variety. These are things we focus on a little more for our own hotel offerings, such as TUI Blue,” says Dian Martinez Valencia, TUI’s Communications Director.
According to a survey by British travel company First Choice, part of the TUI group, two out of five holidaymakers feel overwhelmed by the stress of the decision when booking a trip. On average, respondents spent an average of 53 hours a year planning their holiday and half of them said they had experienced fatigue from the whole process at some point.
