HRADF: Submission of Expression of Interest by six Interested Parties for the concession of the Kalamaria marina

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF S.A.) announces that six Interested Parties have submitted an Expression of Interest for the concession of the marina of Kalamaria (Aretsou).

Expressions of Interest were submitted by the following Interested Parties (in alphabetical order):

  1. AKTOR CONCESSIONS S.A.
  2. AVAX S.A.
  3. EMMA ALPHA HOLDING LTD.
  4. PORTO CARRAS MARINA S.A.
  5. TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A.
  6. TEKAL S.A.

HRADF’s advisors will evaluate the aforementioned Expressions of Interest and submit to the Fund’s Board of Directors their recommendation regarding the candidates who qualify for the tender’s next phase (binding offers phase).

HRADF’s tender process refers to the concession of port operation services (berthing and other services) and of the right to use, operate, manage and exploit the movable and/or fixed assets within the upland area and/or the sea area of the marina of Kalamaria for at least 35 years.

The marina of Kalamaria is located in Thessaloniki, Greece, in “Aretsou” area, within the boundaries of the Municipality of Kalamaria. It can accommodate over 380 yachts up to 50m in length. The upland area of the marina covers approximately 78,000 sq.m.
