Mr. Packeiser is a skilled and dedicated General Manager with over ten years of experience in successfully setting up and managing lifestyle and high-end luxury worldwide hotels. Effectively navigates between strategic and operational environments, managing projects, commercial controls, teams and industry compliances. With strong customer-centricity, ensures high-quality service delivery, aligning with the brand, attaining a positive reputation and consistently exceeding customer demands. He started in the Food & Beverage department in Dubai hotels, having worked there for several years. In 2024, Stavros’ appointment as General Manager at Athenaeum InterContinental Athens marks his return to Greece after more than a decade, during which he held various managerial roles. With extensive experience in the Food & Beverage sector, he most recently served as General Manager at The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush in London, Park Hyatt Siem Reap in Cambodia, and Park Hyatt in the Maldives.
He has worked hard in large hotel groups with intense demands, which has given him countless experiences and the composure to handle situations.
