The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) decided today, that nine investment parties are qualified to proceed to the Phase B (Binding Offers Phase) of the tender process for the acquisition of 30% in the share capital of the “Athens International Airport S.A.”.
The prequalified investment parties to participate in Phase B’ of the tender, that begins today, are (in alphabetical order):
- ADP GROUPE
- AVIALLIANCE GMBh
- Consortium of ARDIAN INFRASTRUCTURE FUND S.C.A, SICAR and ARDIAN INFRASTRUCTURE FUND V B S.C.S. SICAV – RAIF
- Consortium of KKR – EGIS
- Consortium of MEIF 6 ATTIC INVESTMENT, RAFFLES INFRA HOLDING and CHENGDONG INVESTMENT CORPORATION
- FERROVIAL INTERNATIONAL SE
- FIRST STATE INVESTMENTS
- GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS
- VINCI AIRPORTS
The prequalified investment parties, after the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement, will receive the documents describing the procedure for the Phase B’ of the tender and will gain access to the Virtual Data Room for the asset.
