In a social media post, the TUI Group announced the creation of an online platform on its main site, with the aim of recruiting new staff for the new season. With the slogan “Boarding soon”, TUI is giving young and old alike the opportunity to register their interest, with the prospect of joining the TUI Group team immediately. Its aim is global expansion, so hiring new staff seems a prerequisite for this.
On its official site, there is a brief reference to TUI’s work and its objectives. The areas in which the candidate can express an interest are then listed. These include the airline sector, head office, cruises, technology and statistics, maintenance, hotels, commercial and the option of joining the team from an early age in order to gain the relevant experience.
At the same time, there are all the jobs available that are open with the relevant information and the necessary steps to declare your interest. Importantly, the platform constantly shows photos of the team to make their message engaging enough, presenting slogans that motivate users to participate. They state that 65,000 members worldwide already participate in their group.
This move will make the TUI Group more appealing to a wider audience and attract positive feedback from users, potential partners and even their customers.
