Jet2.com and Jet2holidays were again crowned Travel Brands of the Year at the annual Which?

This is the third consecutive year they have been recognized for their customer service and product quality and the fourth time in seven years.

Which? judges base their awards on a range of criteria, including brand performance, brand credibility, analysis of provider data, customer satisfaction surveys, which take into account thousands of customer experiences, and the results of their surveys.

Steve Heapy, managing director of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: “The Which? Awards are the ultimate recognition of customer-centric brands that provide the best customer service products and services, so to be awarded Which? Travel Brand of the Year for three years running is a remarkable testament to our industry leadership in customer care. We are extremely proud of this latest accolade and remain fully committed to the customer-centric approach that has led to this success. Our team of amazing colleagues set the benchmark for outstanding customer service and it’s great to see that this is recognised by customers and Which? experts alike. I’d like to say a big thank you to our customers for their loyalty, and to our colleagues too, because it’s their hard work that allows us to enjoy such recognition.”

The consumer protection agency said: “Jet2 has been recognised for the third year running due to the consistently high ratings it receives for its holiday packages.”

Jet2’s brands are also recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider in every category that can be included – seven in total. These are: Airlines (Jet2.com), Beach and Resort Holiday Providers (Jet2holidays), All-inclusive Holiday Providers (Jet2holidays), Family Holiday Providers (Jet2holidays), Solo Holiday Providers (Jet2holidays), City Holidays (Jet2CityBreaks) and Villas and Holiday Homes Abroad (Jet2Villas).

The other travel brands on the shortlist for the awards were Brittany Ferries, The Landmark Trust, Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Premier Inn.

BBC presenter Victoria Derbyshire announced the 12 winners of the 2024 Which? awards at an event on Monday.

Anabel Hoult, chief executive of Which?, said: “Jet2’s high quality of service means it has much better customer ratings and star ratings than its main rivals, which is why we have named it the best travel brand for the third year running. Congratulations to Jet2 on its win. The judging criteria for the Which? Awards are incredibly high, so to be named a winner is a huge achievement – something that can only be achieved by the best of the best.”

Each winner is entitled to use the Which? Awards in their marketing for free for one year.
