Dynamic meeting rooms and workshops

The Radisson Meetings Dream Machine comes to life with a series of creative workshops and infinity rooms organised by the Radisson Hotel Group in various destinations in Europe and Asia. The “infinity rooms” are an innovative service that redefines and expands the way business meetings are organised. It is a fact that the effectiveness of a business meeting can be significantly influenced by the environment where it takes place and the stimuli received by the participants. Infinity rooms offer a specially designed and completely different environment from that of a busy meeting room: imagine that through a series of visualization exercises you are led into a dark black room. The other participants are there but you cannot see them.

The brain storming will take place later, but in the beginning it is just you and you follow specific instructions designed to help you overcome the challenges you face. Participants are encouraged to quietly jot down their thoughts as the exercise progresses. Then, and having gone through several, increasingly deeper stages of thinking, the room is gradually lit up, revealing throughout the space specifically designed repeating patterns along with a visual representation of the thoughts that everyone has noted, which serves as the basis for the group discussion that follows. The first “infinity room” was recently launched with great success at the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West, while the Radisson Meetings Dream Machine is being utilised at various events in Düsseldorf, Copenhagen, Manchester and Johannesburg.
