The Silk Shadow villa in Mykonos is the first Greek property to be auctioned in collaboration with Greece Sotheby’s International Realty. The luxury property, listed at €5.5 million, will be auctioned by Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions in May in London.
The uniquely aesthetic Silk Shadow villa, built in Agios Lazaros Mykonos, is scheduled to be auctioned next month through Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions in collaboration with Greece Sotheby’s International Realty. Bidding for the eight-bedroom luxury residence will begin online via the company’s marketplace from May 22 and will culminate live on May 30 from Sotheby’s London.
With a starting price of between €2.5 million and €3.5 million, the property will be auctioned as part of Sotheby’s “The Luxury Sales” series, a series that covers properties from Hong Kong, London, Paris and New York, among others. Dedicated to the season’s finest luxury items, tailored to the growing trend of cross-collecting, the auction will include watches, jewellery, handbags, real estate, film posters, wines and spirits.
This is the first live auction of the House’s luxury properties in Europe since its creation in 1744, setting a new benchmark for the real estate industry.
