The TUI Group is further expanding its position as the world’s leading holiday hotelier. In May alone, the tourism group opened more than 15 hotels in eight countries. The concept hotel brands TUI Sensimar, TUI Family Life and TUI Sensatori recorded strong growth in particular.
The all-inclusive club brand TUI Magic Life offers its guests three new facilities and the long-standing joint venture companies Riu and Atlantica have also expanded their portfolio.
Hotels, cruises and activities in holiday destinations are the major growth areas for TUI.
Already today, around 70 percent of the consolidated result comes from these businesses. The Group’s strong earnings segment will be further strengthened this summer. In total, more than 20 new openings of TUI hotel brands are planned in eleven countries in Europe, Africa and Asia.
