Metaxa Hospitality Group, a leading Greek hospitality group, welcomes this summer season with the opening of three 5* hotels.
The 5* Creta Maris Resort in Hersonissos, Heraklion, has opened its doors from 13 April, offering authentic Cretan experiences for families and couples, with an emphasis on gastronomy and high quality services – all under the glorious Greek sun.
The 5* TUI Magic Life Candia Maris, in Ammoudara, Heraklion, welcomes guests from 18 April, with a host of luxurious facilities, sports activities and culinary experiences, for adults only.
In Santorini, the Group is creating a new positioning in the Oia area and in the Santorini tourism product, with the Santo Collection Resorts & Villas , which includes:
- The brand new 5* “Santo Mine Oia Suites” with 37 suites, showcasing the passion and energy for life.
- The 5* “Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas” with 83 suites and 2 villas, showcasing the pure essence of Santorini.
Santo Mine and Santo Pure started their operation on April 20, while in May, “The Villas by Santo Collection”, 2 stand-alone villas of high aesthetics, will be launched.
Metaxas Hospitality Group continues to passionately serve sustainable hospitality as a horizontal constant of its philosophy. In 2024, the Sustainable Hotel Agriculture programme, which implements the framework of the Principles of Organic Regenerative Agriculture, and the Sustainable Procurement Action for a Sustainable Future programme, which is related to the training of supplier partners to create a regenerative supply chain, are in full swing.
In addition, the project “Regenerative Agriculture for the Lassithi Plateau and its people” is in progress | Towards a sustainable food destination”, in collaboration with the Agricultural Cooperative of the Lassithi Plateau, which aims to educate and implement regenerative crops in the region, strengthening the local community and the environment.
