Starting from a desire to introduce them to the authentic character of Santorini, NOŪS proposes experiences designed specifically for this: Exploring the archaeological site at Akrotiri – a journey into the island’s past, delightful wine tastings at local wineries, as well as special hiking and sailing excursions in the crystal clear, deep blue waters.
Just as true wellness, which is all about the balance of mind and body, is at the heart of NOŪS, the impressive NOŪS Spa, a space dedicated to wellness, is at the centre of the resort. With five luxurious treatment rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, a rejuvenating sauna, steam room, cold tank and a dedicated outdoor yoga area, the NOŪS Spa acts as a true haven of peace.
Gastronomy has a special place in the NOŪS hospitality proposal. The all day restaurant of the resort proposes a menu inspired by the rich gastronomic heritage of Santorini and its unique raw materials. All through a modern look. In addition, “Elio’s”, an Italian American Chophouse, is NOŪS’ latest culinary venture, designed by Green Garlic Studios and Aris Vezene, and combines the tradition and flavors of Santorini with the unique energy and flavors of an authentic Italian trattoria in New York.

Ta YES! Hotels consist of 4 hotels: NEW Hotel in Athens, Semiramis Hotel in Kifissia, Periscope Hotel in Kolonaki and NOŪS in Santorini. The creation of YES! Hotels came as a result of the inspiration to create a fresh, enthusiastic and captivating hospitality experience. At the same time, it was a commitment to a new form of integrating art within hospitality. NEW Hotel in Syntagma harmoniously incorporates the combination of the traditional and contemporary elements of the Athenian neighborhood, designed by Brazilian designers Campana Brothers in collaboration with a team of architecture students from the University of Thessaly. The Semiramis Hotel, which is the first YES! hotel, was designed by the renowned Karim Rashid, presenting an innovative design in the Kifissia area. The Periscope Hotel in Kolonaki is characterized by its urban design with the city element playing a prominent role in every part of the hotel.
